Most frequent questions and answers
No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We have a wealth of experience working with such issues and the ability to modify your program week in week out.
We use a very flexible system here at Smarter Strength, where you book yourself into your sessions via a smartphone app.
We have sessions available on the hour every hour from 6am-7.30pm Monday-Friday, as well as 8-10am Saturday.
You can vary your sessions week on week, meaning you aren’t stuck to training at the exact same times each week (unless that works for you, which is totally fine too).
If at the end of the 30 days you decide we’re not the right place for you, no hard feelings. We accept that we can’t be all things to all people. But if you decide that you want to stay and work with us to reach your personal goals, we have a range of membership options and will be able to decide which one would suit you best.
It’s not about your start point, it’s about where you are going. Everyone starts with the same worry, but spend 30 minutes with us and you’ll see that all of our members and myself want you to succeed. Our culture is built around results and supporting each other to succeed.
