It’s vital that I understand each person that I work with before writing a plan, because in truth I don’t feel like it can be ‘Personal Training’ unless I know a bit about you first.

This will also allow me to accurately prescribe a way forward for you based on the other factors in your life and helps me to decide what steps are best to take first and what type of training you may best benefit from.

  • We will then get you in for a consultation
  • You decide what you would like to do and if it sounds like something you want
  • Start training….
